Process

All this started out several years ago. During the time elapsed, we have learned much. We have gone from an experiment to produce advanced body forms, using the very best in technology.

We have made lots of measuring which just claims the fact that there are not two identical -32 gennie bodies. We used three different cars to measure and scan our parts from.

The scanned files are then put together in the computer, all body parts can be made to fit perfect! Door openings will be the same all around.

Then we make the files into the right format which the five axlis CNC machine understands. The machine takes out all that doesn't look like a -32 pressing tool, all from a piece of solid steel.

One of the scannings made, this scanner is the top of the line regarding 3D tech.
